With election season coming up here in the United States, it’s always a good time to find ways to help teach the process of US Elections to our children. When looking for a Homeschool US Elections Unit Study, I prefer ones that aren’t biased towards one party over another and teach the real history and meaning the founding fathers intended which protects our God-given freedoms.
I was so happy to find the US Elections Lap Book from Sonlight which provides an excellent, hands-on way to help teach this important process.

She was so excited to learn about US Elections since my husband and I openly and regularly discuss current events with our children. She also loves anything hands-on so lap books are one of her favorite things to do.

My Thoughts On the US Elections Lap Book
I was highly impressed with the quality of this lap book. Everything was put together nicely and I could tell it was done by hand. My daughter loved putting this together and learning about the election process which led to many great questions for us and real-life application moments.
You can try Sonlight for free and it is such a great choice for homeschoolers with a biblical worldview. I have enjoyed adding Sonlight subjects to our homeschool.
